A culinary pleasure trip with a pinch of Italy. From 3.00 pm on Friday, the La Borsa Aroma opens its doors to a very special culinary experience. The La Borsa aroma does not stand for quantity, but for quality and for the special taste experience. Every Friday, a surprise is conjured in several courses and leads the taste buds on a journey of discovery of a special kind. Who believes radishes and cherries do not fit together, is taught here a better or melon does not taste homemade pesto and mozzarella was wrong. Ute and Andreas Matthiesen are the heart and the head of this small restaurant and also the small bag and shoe manufactory whose premises serve the La Borsa Aroma as an exhibition space comes from their creative fantasies.
